Our Mission

The mission of the 100 Black Men Inc. of the Inland Empire is to provide youth with mentoring, education, economic empowerment, and healthy lifestyles within the community.

Economic Empowerment

Economic Empowerment

Economic Empowerment is a necessary step toward creating a just society, not only here in the United States, but abroad. The 100 works with youth to develop their ability to become self-determined, create dreams, and become economically self-sufficient.

Education

Working with corporate sponsors, the 100 delivers educational support services and unique learning opportunities that assist youth in achieving their goals.

- Saturday Academy Pogram
- Academic development and support
- Enrichment activities

Mentoring

The 100 uses a holistic mentoring program that addresses the social, emotional, and cultural needs of children 8-18. All mentors are trained to mentor, advocate, and serve as role models for youth within the community.

Activities Include

- Afterschool mentoring
- Summer Academy Program
- SOAR Program (How to interact with law enforcement)
- Support the Four For The Future programs

Health & Wellness

The goal with this thrust is to raise awareness and provide access to health care, and information to promote a healthier lifestyle.

Activities Include

- Lessons on healthy eating and healthy lifestyles
- Monthly family walks
- Emancipation circles
- Yoga and destressing activities
